it’s Not your typical foot massagers it sends pulsations into your feet and to be honest it feels strange,HOWEVER the results are awesome ! i use all six settings a couple mins on each and then apply a rub and between the two my feet are feeling so much better , actually really good! i’m very happy i got it and it does take a min to get used to but if your feet hurt the way mine DID, it’s absolutely worth a try

I read a lot of reviews from people saying it doesn’t work or they don’t feel anything. The video explains that dry feet or dead skin won’t allow for the electrical connection and to wipe your feet with a damp cloth. I found using a small spray bottle with water and spritzing the pad makes for excellent conductivity between your feet and the pad. Don’t soak it, just mist it. Sometimes the effect can feel stronger if you stand compared to sitting as you are pressing a tighter connection between your feet and pad.
